The HBAM Annual Installation Dinner and Awards ceremony will be held at Larz Anderson Auto Museum, 15 Newton Street, Brookline, MA. Lawrence Kady will be installed by Kevin Kelly, Vice Chair, NAHB. Trade group calls for removal regulatory barriers to housing production
BOSTON - " As the housing market improves marginally, a shortage of existing inventory and a lack of new construction is serving to depress sales and increase prices in Massachusetts, making it still difficult for many to own a home, even with mortgage rates at historic lows.
